All of our maps are “print to order”. That means that your map is not in stock but is printed
and laminated at the time you place your order. Therefore, we cannot accept returns
and all sales are final.
Defective or damaged maps will be replaced. Please contact us via e-mail if you receive a
damaged map. Please keep all of the packing materials in case the shipping company
needs to inspect them to verify the claim.
All claims of damage must be made within 10 days.
